About UTI and swelling of feets

My mother is 81 yes and she lost control on passing urine and bowl, so she is in diapers for whole 24 hrs. Due to this she gets infected with UTI every now and then . To stop UTI infection we give her niftas and ferobact 200 , doxicycline every15 days. We get her urine routine test every 15 days . Generally she gets peanty pus cells and bacteria frequently, due to these antibiotics she has lost her immunity also on urine and bowl. I request you to please consider all these facts as I do not want to give more antibiotics to my mother as for the last 2 yes we are giving her these continuously. I wish if you could suggest some ayurvedic medicines to stop growing of bacteria with uti with regaining of power to control urine and bowl power. one more thing generally her feets and hands swell as her kidneys donot generate more urine. Sir please  suggest some good ayurvedic medicine. In ayurvedic we r giving her punarnava , gokshura , shilajit.
Thanks
